Lee Baker

Lee has lived in Somerset all his life and wants to see Taunton thrive, not stagnate. He’s been a district councillor for Priorswood since 2019 and has held regular resident surgeries in the Priorswood Community Centre. In his job he leads a team providing financial advice to agricultural businesses and farmers across the UK. Lee's children were all educated in Taunton. He wants to improve opportunities for local families and to ensure they can access services and live in good quality affordable housing locally.

Tom Deakin

Tom is West Country born and bred, having worked for charities such as the Eden Project and the Cornwall Food Foundation. He now leads projects for global brands to improve their digital activities when engaging with customers. Tom has a desire to help and do the best for his community and that’s why he was elected to Somerset West and Taunton Council in a by-election in 2021. He is a passionate believer in bringing more jobs and needed infrastructure to Taunton. Tom looks forward to meeting and helping as many of you as possible with any concerns you may have.
