Fran Smith

Fran was born in Taunton and educated at Priorswood Secondary Modern and SCAT. She is married to Peter and they have 3 daughters. Having been a local councillor for 19 years, Fran regularly campaigns for local people and has overseen the plans to increase council housing in Taunton to reduce waiting lists. Fran is proud to be part of the administration that has finally succeeded in getting the new Firepool development off the ground, after years of inaction by the Conservatives.
